  4. Thanks Mona, most interesting, and if you do get around to the Marquee Moon compilation, let me know here - I have eleven Television gigs between 1975 and 2007. I've posted links to the 1975 gig with Patti, the last 1978 gig and the latest 2007 gig in the comments to the Television post here.

Walker, if it's OK with you, I'll use the comments to this post as a regular spot to announce my further postings. Before I'm offline for a month, you'll find a rare treat in the comments to your Gang of Four post - a 2005 live-in-studio session with the original line-up playing many of their classic tracks. Enjoy! Cheers, Dave Sez.

  6. Ta muchly Walker, and a summer-break poem for you:

    The man
Of virtuous soul commands not nor obeys.
    Power like a desolating pestilence
Pollutes whate'er it touches: and obedience,
Bane of all genius, virtue, freedom ,truth
Makes slaves of men, and of the human frame
    A mechanized automaton.

    Shelley, from "Queen Mab".

Enjoy the summer, talk to you thereafter! Cheers, Dave Sez.
