The Seeds-(1966)

Sky Saxon- vocals, bass
Daryl Hooper- keyboards
Jan Savage- guitar
Rick Andridge- drums
Muddy Waters once called them America's own Rolling Stones (they didn't live up to the billing, scoring only one top forty hit). John Peel remembered them from his days in the States as one of the the west coast garage rock bands that presaged the punk sound.
Insistent, repetitive, raw and abrasive are the adjectives that crop up in reviews of this, their debut LP.

The link is dead and I can't find the file! Nevermind- there's a big Seeds selection here: http://mza-garage.blogspot.com/2009/06/seeds-flowe-punk-3cd-set-us.html
