It featured Julian Cope "intoning" under the name of Kevin Stapleton. The album featured unreleased tracks by The Bunnymen, Teardrops, Lori and the Chameleons etc. I have a copy, it is a beautiful gatefold with embossed sleeve and large photographs. Bill Drummond published a little booklet called "from The Shores of Lake Placid" in 1998. It was published by The Penkiln Burn.Sid Lawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01429162191158308782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-375795824791902367.post-8438478036268000962010-01-12T16:48:17.985+00:002010-01-12T16:48:17.985+00:00I seem to recall Buff Manilla was the nickname of ...I seem to recall Buff Manilla was the nickname of Gary Dwyer the drummer.

Herbal THerbal Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03346096791074949937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-375795824791902367.post-23732408640669479132009-10-17T00:17:31.308+01:002009-10-17T00:17:31.308+01:00I was a big Teardrops fan back when but I do not r...I was a big Teardrops fan back when but I do not remember such a thing as Buff Manilla.plasticsunnoreply@blogger.com
